HALLENSTEINS SEA-DOO SPARK GIVEAWAY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter is Hallenstein Brothers Limited, trading as Hallensteins (“Promoter”).
The promotion runs from 12:00am on 7 September 2026 until 11:59pm on 4 October 2026 in each eligible entrant’s local time (“Promotion Period”).
Entry is open to New Zealand and Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, participating suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
To enter, customers must make a purchase from Hallensteins during the Promotion Period:
Online through the NZ or Australian Hallensteins website using a valid email address or mobile number
At a participating NZ or Australian Hallensteins store and request an emailed receipt
Each separate eligible transaction counts as one entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a customer may receive during the Promotion Period, provided each entry relates to a separate eligible transaction. The amount spent does not affect the number of entries received. No additional entry fee applies.
Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details. Purchases that are cancelled, fully refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid will not qualify. If part of a transaction is returned, the entry will remain valid provided at least one product from the transaction is retained.
The Prize includes:
One new 2026 Sea-Doo Spark for 2 personal watercraft with a Rotax 900 ACE 60 engine, valued at approximately NZ$11,999
One personal watercraft trailer, valued at approximately NZ$3,500
One fitted Sea-Doo cover
The total Prize package is valued at over NZ$15,499 (“Prize”).
The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If any part of the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may provide a replacement of equal or greater value, subject to any required regulatory approval.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 5th October 2026. Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning and the winner does not need to be present at the draw.
The provisional winner will be contacted by email or phone within two business days of the draw. They must provide reasonable proof of their identity, age, residency and qualifying purchase before being confirmed as the winner.
Once verified, the winner will be announced on Hallensteins’ website and/or social media during the week beginning 5 October 2026. The winner’s details may also be published where required by law.
The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim the Prize within the required period, an unclaimed prize draw may be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable registration, licensing, insurance, towing and maritime safety requirements. Any delivery, registration, transport or ownership costs not expressly included in the Prize are the winner’s responsibility.
Personal information will be used to administer the promotion, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange the Prize. Information will be managed in accordance with the Hallensteins Privacy Policy. Entry does not automatically subscribe customers to marketing communications.
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who provides incorrect information, tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand or Australian consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, incorrectly recorded entries, invalid contact details or any loss arising from the winner’s use of the Prize.
If circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent the promotion from operating as planned, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
By entering the promotion, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions.
